Now, onto you:Theyre currently seeking resourceful, energetic Founding Engineers who is deeply passionate about LLM (Language Model) technology. Their Beta product has already been deployed in multinational real estate enterprises, featuring an AI named Sonya, who operates within emails, parsing text and PDF attachments, and responding in meticulously formatted HTML.With their first Founding Engineers already enhancing Sonyas capabilities, theyre now seeking additional talent to propel their project to new heights. Theyre looking for someone with expertise in Python and a fervent interest in Langchain, LLMFlows, or another Python LLM library of their choosing. If youre the type to tinker with Google Vertex AI while binge-watching The Witcher, you might be the perfect fit for us.In this role youll be reporting to the co-founder, responsible for refining their Beta product into a user-friendly, efficient AI platform leveraging proprietary real estate data, and eventually expanding into other industries such as art.Your responsibilities may include:

• Implementing retrieval augmentation through Langchain, allowing Sonya to access and present customers internal research databases and public EPC ratings.

• Enhancing their prompt classification system to streamline customer workflows by accurately identifying their requirements.

• Automating data collection processes to fine-tune their LLMs and assist in building their language models.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure data privacy measures are integrated into their platform.

RequirementsWhat theyre seeking:

• Startup experience is essential. If youre transitioning from a corporate environment to the fast-paced world of venture-backed startups, we welcome your expertise. However, this role isnt suited for beginners. Theyve recently concluded their Pre-Seed Round and need someone ready to hit the ground running.

• Experience in end-to-end product development is a must. While proficiency in data science is advantageous, they prioritize candidates who have successfully conceptualized and delivered product features independently.

• An understanding of their businesss financial dynamics is crucial. Continuously delivering value to their customers and fostering positive word-of-mouth is vital for their growth.

• Above all, they value teamwork. Their work involves digitizing and modernizing industries that have traditionally resisted change, necessitating close collaboration among team members. If youre averse to interpersonal communication, or if you prefer it too much, this role may not be the right fit for you.
