The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting account management activities inclusive of managing business development administrative tasks and providing support to senior client leaders and/or account managers overseeing larger The role includes coordinating and scheduling meetings and related communications and helping drive projects and tasks to completion by organizing and tracking status of open items, initiatives, and their corresponding deadlines. This individual will support the maintenance of accurate account documentation with oversight/direction from client leaders and/or an account manager. The account coordinator also will also play a role in maintaining operational information in management systems. Candidates should show strong curiosity and a passion for or interest in data science and enabling techniques, tools, and technologies.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administrative and account operational support to senior client leaders overseeing larger client relationships
- Effectively manage your time and deliverables across multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize with support and oversight from client leaders/account manager
- Focus on account management/project management fundamental tasks including tracking open items, facilitating meeting scheduling internally and with clients, and record meeting notes & follow ups
- Support the management of project timelines and business development initiatives, by helping hold internal teams accountable for agreed upon tasks/deliverables
- Begin taking ownership of basic account reporting, such as slide updates and resource utilization, with support from client leaders/account manager
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, responsively, and concisely via email, chat, and phone.
- Highly adaptable with ability to adjust to changing priorities and account needs in fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail – “measure twice, cut once” mentality
- Able to identify and proactively present solutions for issues/challenges to client leaders and/or account manager
- Collaborative disposition and works well in a team setting
- Developed emotional intelligence with the ability to recognize shifts among clients and team members and begin to strategically navigate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, notably PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with other project management platforms and tools (ex: Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience exercising project management fundamentals
- 1.5 – 2 years of experience in account management or project management or ability to demonstrate equivalent skills
