Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 dependant on experienceEleven have been retained to find a Scale-Up Scientist/Engineer to join our innovative advanced materials client. The role is integral to developing innovative technologies from the lab to pilot plant and production scales.If you are passionate about chemical engineering and eager to contribute to the commercialisation of groundbreaking technologies, we invite you to apply.Key Responsibilities:

• Generate rigorous experimental data on processes to inform scale-up and engineering design.
• Design and conduct robust experiments to support commercialisation projects (e.g., licensee PDP, FEED).
• Play a significant role in the scale-up of our technology from lab to pilot plant and production scales.

Skills and Competencies:

• MSc, MEng, or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Hands-on R&D experience in chemical experimentation.
• Experience and/or understanding of scale-up and process engineering principles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with process modeling (e.g., Aspen HYSYS) is desirable.
