We have nurtured a community-focused delivery model, comprising of ecosystem of scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts to help deliver our mission to make AI simpleRole Overview:Python/ Machine Learning RoleRole Overview:As we continue to grow we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join one of our engagements with a leading house hold brand.The team builds end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions to drive insight and engagement across the customer channel. Leading the Innovation with LLM’s to create more immersive customer journeys.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects using advanced data science techniques and statistics, ensuring robust commercial outcomes.
  • Design, develop, and deploy recommendation systems using deep learning models such as Neural Collaborative Filtering (NCF), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs).
  • Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms within Elastic Search, including “learn to rank” models, to enhance search relevance and recommendation quality.
  • Collaborate and innovate with cross-functional teams to collectively deliver impactful, data-driven analysis to identify opportunities to grow customer engagement.
  • Drive iterative insights using high-quality data sets to guide stakeholders on measuring, understanding, and predicting trends and behaviors.
  • Contribute to a culture supporting experimentation and curiosity that continually innovates to find new approaches to complex problems.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with using and innovating with the Python data science stack (numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in data retrieval and manipulation using SQL.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying recommendation systems using deep learning techniques (e.g., NCF, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
  • Practical knowledge of Elastic Search, particularly in implementing machine learning algorithms like “learn to rank.”
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis within a commercial environment.
  • Good working knowledge of distributed computing tools (spark, dask, etc.).
  • Experience deploying machine learning models into production with a focus on coding standards and testing.
  • Demonstrable experience of innovating with LLMs, moving from idea to production.
  • Strong mentoring skills and the ability to promote rigorous code quality.
  • Proven project management abilities, including roadmap development.

Expected salary: £700 per day
