Our innovations make all sorts of spaces- physical and virtual – safer, more secure and easier to access.What will you be doingAs Sales Engineer, this role is responsible for managing tenders (project take offs, pricing and organising quotes), completing and attending online tender interviews, Scope of works and negotiating contracts trading terms and conditions. You will also be assisting customers and colleagues to ensure products are ready for production and installation.This will be achieved by :

  • Ensuring the prompt estimation and preparation of tender quotations for the supply and installation of products as requested by potential customers
  • Ensure quotation documents clearly articulate the scope of supply and install and highlight key selling features of quoted products.
  • Ensure that quotations meet the required scope of supply and install as requested and clarified with the customer and clearly articulate any deviations.
  • Ensure that the quoted scope of supply and install is qualified against the competitor’s scope of supply to ensure that they are like for like.
  • Ensure informed and accurate technical advice is provided to potential customers regarding the Company’s products
  • Developing a list of potential customers and set about making contact with and developing successful business relationships with same.

  • Effective management of priorities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and client satisfaction is essential to succeed in the role
  • Prior experience in reading construction drawings and documents is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
