• Process & Digital Transformation Experience in leading Process transformation initiatives to modernize, adopt new technologies, and improve business agility.
• Business Analysis : to be Excelled in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes through meticulous Business analysis, planning, analysis, and execution process review using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MIRO.
• Presales and Solutions Experience in assisting with Bid Management and creating Solutions for RFP’s, RFI’s and provide Business Intelligence insights to enable decision making for Sales.
• Operations and Delivery Experience in handling Operations and Transitioning processes from Business and Vendors. Flair for setting up new work streams and competencies that can add new capabilities to the business.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Strong experience in improving Processes and Customer experience through effective BSS solutions, including billing, CRM, order management, and customer self-service portals. Strong inclination and flair towards Artificial Intelligence platforms & implementations including speech recognition, computer vision, Generative AI and sentiment & predictive analysis.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building and managing client relationships, governance, and working with diverse, distributed teams in onshore/offshore models.
• Re-engineering Processes across Sales, Contracts, Onboarding, Complex Billing, and Incident Management on Signavio, Confluence and Miro
• Process Standardization for CHOWN and IPND processes in telecom domain
• Experience in Transitioning and setting up new Business streams

Desired to have: Experience in implementing Process Modelling & Mining, Automation, and AI-driven Solutions.
Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology
• 3 Years Australian Work Experience
