Job description: This role is open to Sydney or Melbourne based candidates with full unrestricted Australian working rights.We are seeking an Analyst to join the Real-World Evidence (RWE) team at IQVIA Australia. If successful you will be joining an entrepreneurial, consultative, and collaborative team that works at the cutting edge of the healthcare industry in Australia.The Real-World Evidence (RWE) team works on a broad range of activities to support our base of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and consumer healthcare industry clients in the generation of high-quality real-world evidence (RWE), this includes:Execution of real-world studies using a range of methods (e.g., retrospective, prospective, “mixed methods”) to develop scientific publications for peer reviewed journalsDevelopment digital health initiatives to help understand and improve the patient experienceDevelopment of thought leadership used to engage our core client base, government bodies & patient groupsCreation of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AIML) algorithms to support disease diagnosis & treatment optimisationOur ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. A willingness to learn and the ability to produce client-ready deliverables is essential. In this role, you will not only provide support for specific projects but will also be involved in proposal preparation on an ad-hoc basis, which includes conducting literature reviews and preparing slides. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute to our ongoing projects and growth.This role involves supporting workstreams and client engagements under senior guidance, assisting in the creation of key deliverables, and contributing to client meetings and workshops.
