Job description: Job DescriptionProvides technical & application field services & support to external customers and Agilent customer engineers. This includes reactive and pro-active actions that result in a timely and cost-effective problem resolution.Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to;Responsible for providing technical & application support for Agilent analytical instruments to existing & new customers & field engineers at identified locations at PAN India levelLeads projects requiring coordination with other functions & customersDeliver customer education courses on-site as well at COE labsCost & time effective application method deployment on Agilent instrumentsPromptly troubleshoot method/technology transfers issues from one instrument to another.Respond promptly to related customer queries & help in prompt resolution of customer escalationsTraining of internal & external team and provide technical support.To participate in programs to stimulate demand for all Agilent range of products/services and ensure timely and proper execution of those programsHolds product seminars for customers, prospects and employeesTo co-ordinate internally with all the field, sales team and Managers to ensure that the key customers are delightedMust be willing to travel extensivelyTo perform Installations, Preventive Maintenance, Repair, software & hardware IQ OQ on Agilent products as & when required.QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Biotechnology/Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Instrumentation/Pharmacy or equivalentRelevant 5-6 years of professional experience on analytical instruments in Liquid chromatography domain like LC, LCMS, LCQTOF etc. in field of Pharma, Biopharma/Proteomics market segments etc.Experience with troubleshooting and problem solvingExperience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essentialVerbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.You enjoy travelling and visiting customersExcellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills along with good organizational & negotiation skillsMicrosoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL etc.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
