We are seeking someone to lead our ambitious project to transition into a fully AI-driven company. This executive will be responsible for implementing artificial intelligence solutions that will automate ALL current human-performed tasks within the company, including customer service, compliance, anti-fraud measures, and accounting.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and operational needsBe involved in the development and deployment of AI technologies across various departments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiencyLead the development team to make use of current AI models and tools to automate all tasks currently performed by humansEngage with department heads to understand their processes and lead the process to use AI to automate all such processesEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection and privacyManage relationships with AI technology providers, consultants, and other external partnersStay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in AI to keep CoinClan at the forefront of innovationQualifications:Proven experience in a similar role or extensive experience in a leadership role within technology or AI fieldsStrong technical background in AI, machine learning, and related technologiesExperience in the financial services or fintech industry, particularly in cryptocurrency and blockchain, is highly desirableExcellent leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details to non-technical stakeholdersStrategic and visionary thinker with a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions at scaleWhy work with us?
