Job description: Looking for the Co-founder & CEO to join my SEO Agency (SEO Scientist) Requirement Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate the company’s overall vision, mission, and strategic direction in alignment with industry trends and market demands. Formulate and execute short-term and long-term business plans to achieve organizational objectives and sustain the company’s competitive edge. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with department heads to implement operational policies and procedures that optimize workflow and resource utilization. Financial Management: Drive financial performance by establishing and monitoring budgetary controls. Work closely with the finance team to analyze financial reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability. Business Development: Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential collaborators to expand the company’s market presence. Team Leadership: Cultivate a positive and high-performance culture within the organization. Provide inspirational leadership to the management team and employees, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Oversee the development and execution of client satisfaction initiatives to enhance the agency’s reputation and client retention. Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices, integrating them into the agency’s service offerings. Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the organization. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements, minimizing legal and financial exposure. Marketing and Branding: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the agency’s brand visibility and reputation. Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results. Community Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums. Actively engage in networking activities to build relationships and promote the agency within the SEO and digital marketing community. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the SEO or digital marketing industry. Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgetary management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends. Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
