In this role, you will assist with fieldwork, report writing and project management of multiple concurrent contamination investigations and remediation projects.What will a day in this role look like:
- Work autonomously on preliminary and detailed site investigations and site validation reports.
- Plan, manage and supervise field work activities across a range of projects including acting in Principal Contractor supervisor role.
- Use your technical knowledge and prior experience to manage projects independently.
- Liaise with clients and sub-contractors on site working on projects across the Defence, Oil & Gas, Transport, Mining, Water and Energy sectors.
- Work on a variety of projects throughout the full project lifecycle including assisting technical leaders and senior advisors with bids and tenders.

- Relevant experience (ideally 5-10 years) in a consultancy environment, or related industry specifically in contaminated land assessment and remediation.
- Proven experience in detailed site investigations across soil, vapour and groundwater.
- Proven experience in supervising remediation project and Principal Contractor supervisor roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Experience in data management software (ESDAT / Equis) and preparation of environmental reports
- Baseline Defence Clearance or experience with the Department of Defence (preferred)
