Manage an enterprise product used by 3000 employees monthly (an encapsulation of ChatGPT and DALLE running on Azure with a custom UI). Including present (support) and future (roadmap).2. Lead a team of 3 (2 developers and 1 Data Scientist).Mission 2 (Tech Watch)3. Business Acculturation: Work closely with various business teams within the company to educate them about the capabilities and potential applications of generative AI technologies. Help them understand the value and benefits of integrating AI into their workflows.4. Ideation Sessions: Organize and facilitate ideation workshops to encourage creative thinking and generate innovative ideas using generative AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and explore AI-driven solutions.5. Prompt Engineering: Act as a prompt engineer on ChatGPT and MidJourney platforms, assisting business teams in formulating effective prompts and queries to obtain desired outputs. Provide guidance on refining prompts to achieve specific objectives and optimize AI-generated content.6. Training and Support: Train and support business teams in effectively utilizing generative AI tools and platforms. Provide ongoing guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting assistance to ensure teams can leverage AI technologies to their full potential.7. Research and Watch: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies, tools, and methodologies. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the company’s business teams. Contribute to our existing training docs.ProfilSkills Fluent English a must. Good verbal skills. French a big plus. Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms. Experience in working with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and MidJourney, with the ability to engineer prompts and optimize outputs. Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage and educate business teams. Proven experience in conducting ideation workshops and fostering a creative and collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically about business challenges and potential AI-driven solutions. Familiarity with B2B multinational company dynamics and the ability to adapt to different business contexts. Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest AI advancements.Background Bachelor or more. Exposure to GenAI or AI projects. Industry experiences in fragrance, flavour, beauty or FMCG are a plus.When/Where Occupancy = 80%-100% Location = Paris / Levallois Start date = 01-Jan-25 onwardsRecruitment process1.
