The development of our offering through external growth and the enhancement of our platform with our multiple award-winning AI (Wavestone, Manpower Group, PWC) sets us apart and positions us as the European leader in the Talent Marketplace.The job :Neobrain is experiencing a phase of strong growth, both internally and externally, as well as through the acquisition and integration of competing and complementary companies.To achieve its ambitious roadmap, we are looking for a Senior SRE cloud / platform engineer.Missions :System Monitoring and Reliability:Implement and maintain monitoring systems to track the health and performance of cloud platforms.Analyze metrics and logs to detect performance anomalies or security incidents.Automation and Configuration Management:Develop scripts or utilize automation tools to manage configurations, deployments, and daily operations of cloud infrastructures.Automate deployment and continuous integration processes to speed up development and enhance reliability.Incident Management:Respond swiftly to IT incidents, resolve them, and prepare post-mortem reports to prevent their recurrence.Work with development teams to ensure a proactive approach to application resilience.Resource Optimization:Analyze resource usage to identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising performance.Optimize system performance to improve efficiency and reduce latency.Platform Security:Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices to protect data and cloud infrastructures.Implement security strategies, such as identity and access management, data encryption, and network segmentation.Collaboration and Training:Collaborate closely with development teams to incorporate reliability practices into application lifecycle.Participate in training and mentoring team members on best SRE and cloud practices.Strategic Planning and Innovation:Participate in capacity planning and scaling strategy for infrastructures.Explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to continuously improve the platform ecosystem.Technical Documentation:Write and maintain technical documentation for system operations, configurations, and emergency procedures.Document architectures, processes, and significant decisions for internal use and compliance.Technical stack :Kubernetes (mandatory)Terraform (mandatory)Helm (mandatory)Azure (mandatory)AirflowOVHGitlab / GithubMariaDB / MySQLLinuxGrafana or equivalentDev ecosystem (php, symfony, node)Profile :At least 8 years experience in similar assignmentsExperience in a start-up / scale-up would be a plusComfortable with our technical stackFluent English, to work with international profilesAbility to manage prioritiesPro-activity, autonomy and the ability to quickly take ownership of subjects: a lot to build
